Warranty Policy
1.Warranty Scope
For products under the Eversolo brands.
2.Warranty Period
The warranty period is one (1) year, commencing from the date of purchase by the end user, as evidenced by the original sales receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
We also repair products that are out-of-warranty, minimal costs will be required if some components are needed to be replaced for repair. You shall bear corresponding freight charges that may be incurred as a result.
3.Free Repairs
For products under the warranty, the cost can be covered free of charge. Other expenses such as shipping costs and labor costs will be subject to the policies of the local distributor.
4.Exclusions
Damages resulting from force majeure events shall not be covered under the warranty, including but not limited to lightning strike and natural disasters.
Malfunctions not caused by defects in product quality are not covered.
Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or modification will void the warranty.
